Units Assist Goldsboro On House Fire - Drapers Mill Road

At 1331 hours units were dispatched to assist Station 700(Goldsboro) with a house fire in the area of 15161 Drapers Mill Rd. E-703 went O/L and reported a single story house with heavy smoke showing. Officer 716(Cahall) established "Drapers Mill Rd Command." E-603 and Rescue 600 arrived and were assigned ventilation while the tanker assisted with water supply. Units operated for 3 hours and 15 minutes before clearing at 1646 hours. Thanks to Church Hill Engine 55 for standing by during the incident.
